Manifesto to support early research careers and healthy research workplaces

ANICT shares the Manifesto to support early research careers and healthy research workplaces (find here) that resulted from the discussions in the 4th Gago Conference on European Science Policy. ANICT was part of this discussion and supports this Mafinesto. It was held on 13 June 2022 in Brussels and hosted in the French Permanent Representation under the French Presidency of the European Council. 

The following priority themes are discussed on the Manifesto:

I. Monitoring;

II. Improve stimulating research careers in Research Performing Organisations, Research and Technology Organisations and in Higher Education Institutions;

III. Stimulate healthy research careers and recruitment of PhDs in industry, SMEs and business firms;

IV. Improve healthy research careers in the third sector, including NGOs and governmental organizations;

V. Involve national funding agencies in cooperation with the EC.
