    So, the true responsibility is of the too many applicants! Why didn’t they go to work instead? But no worries, if you work three or four months for free and you get the grant, then they will give you the money back in one or two hours as usual. If you don’t get the grant, you will have made good practice, thus everybody wins! If you are afraid like a rabbit, just wait, there’s no rush to make science. Thinking better about it… why not postponing the results to August 2017? It will be even warmer and they will not get a cold.
